OVERVIEW

CSM Worldwide will host an extensive examination of Europe’s automotive landscape. Presentations will center around growing CO2 legislation and the varying impact this will have on light vehicle sales, production, and powertrain manufacturing within the European markets.



Greg Mount, Chief Economist, will discuss current economic conditions as well as demand competition and possible opportunities. Walt Madeira, Manager, European Sales Analysis, will discuss which vehicle brands will strengthen due to the increase in demand for small cars. Mark Fulthorpe, Director, European Vehicle Forecasts, will highlight European OEMs outlook and strategies in BRIC and emerging markets. Andrew Wright, Senior Market Analyst, European Vehicle Forecasts, will present a look at Russia’s current and future production capacity. Andrew Fulbrook, Senior Manager, European Powertrain Forecasts, will explore the European CO2 debate and how it will affect powertrain manufacturing. Antonio Ferreira, Senior Manager, European Supply Chain & Technology Forecasts, will highlight alternative automotive technologies designed to help reduce the carbon footprint.

REGISTRATION

A client registration fee of €200 per person and a non-client registration fee of €350 per person will be charged. Cancellations must be received 72 hours before the event date to receive a refund of the registration fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event date will be charged the full registration fee. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Greg Mount

Greg Mount, Chief Economist, is responsible for developing and integrating macro-sales forecast scenarios and models into CSM Worldwide global forecasts. Mr. Mount holds an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in economics from Northwestern University.

Walt Madeira

Walt Madeira, Manager, European Vehicle Sales Forecasts, is responsible for light vehicle sales forecasting over 36 markets, tracks new product developments, vehicle launch planning, provides OEM brand strategy analysis, identifies profitable segments and understands key legislative issues and changing demographic trends that will underpin future market trends. Mr. Madeira holds a degree in business administration and marketing from ISCTE Lisbon Business University.

Mark Fulthorpe

Mark Fulthorpe, Director, European Vehicle Forecasts, is responsible for European light vehicle sales and production forecasting, future product program intelligence, platform strategies and market analysis. Mr. Fulthorpe holds an honors degree in English Literature from the University of London, Goldsmiths College.

Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright, Senior Market Analyst, European Vehicle Forecasts, is responsible for light vehicle product research, trend analysis and platform stratgies in the European region. Mr. Wright holds an honors degree in European Business Studies from Brunel University, London.

Andrew Fulbrook

Andrew Fulbrook, Senior Manager, European Powertrain Forecasts, is responsible for European powertrain sales and production forecasting, future product program intelligence and market analysis. Mr. Fulbrook holds a Degree Level with Merit in Mechatronics including Higher Mathematics and Fluid Dynamics, as well as a National Diploma in Engineering Science from Brooklands College, Surrey.

Antonio Ferreira

Antonio Ferreira, Senior Manager, European Supply Chain & Technology Forecasts, is responsible for component and market forecasting focusing on supplier and technology analysis. Mr. Ferreira holds a Degree Level with Merit in Motor Vehicle Engineering, and a National Diploma with Distinction in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair from Kingston College, Surrey.
